How Katalyst Commits to the Global Empowerment of Women
As a member of the Executives’ Club of Chicago, Katalyst Software Services Limited is proud to have sponsored an event featuring American philanthropist, businesswoman, and global advocate for women and girls: Melinda Gates. And just when you thought her resume was complete, she’s added “author” to the list with her first book titled, “The Moment of Lift: How Empowering Women Changes the World.”
With Steve Forbes as moderator of the event, Melinda shared heartwarming stories of the many women she’s encountered on her journey towards uplifting women across the world.
But her work doesn’t just stop there. Melinda hopes to use her knowledge and influence to teach greater society on how to contribute to female empowerment no matter the individual’s gender, race, religion, or nationality.
Because in the end, “If you want to lift up humanity, lift up women.”

Whether we’re sponsoring Global Empowerment of Women led discussion panels or supporting young girls in educational pursuits, we uplift Global Empowerment of Women and girls by contributing to their self-confidence, exposure, and independence.
In fact, we’ve recently sponsored an all-girl, fourth-grade team as they advance on to the Destination Imagination Global competition this year, where they’ll be showcasing their solutions to a variety of 21st-century STEM challenges. As the first team from Wilmette to compete at the Global Finals, Katalyst is overjoyed to contribute to the extraordinary cause, and we wish the ladies nothing but success on their journey!
