Hi Vivek, thanks for joining us today! To begin, can you tell us about how the digital and eCommerce landscape evolved for businesses in the last decade or so?
I’m Vivek Ghai. I’ve been in the industry for the last twenty years. I’ve seen eCommerce evolve from the early days where it was difficult to load a page on the browser to where we can now order things on a mobile app in a fraction of a second. So that is what technology transformation is over a period of time, and that’ll help each and everybody to be connected, to be more efficient, to be more productive. That is what digital transformation is.

Please tell us about a transformational project you’ve worked on that you’re proud of.
Companies leverage eCommerce marketing strategies when expanding their business footprint and increasing business growth. For example, take the restaurant business, where we have helped one of our clients to come online. We hand-held him in setting up his website and then bringing in mobile apps for his users to order online. Now, this task took over three years to complete. His business has almost doubled without any investment in real estate as a result. That has helped him immensely, increasing profitability. There’s an investment, there’s a buyout, and then the profit comes in, so the business should have that long-term strategy and a vision that they have to go online, and they have to be profitable. And they have to expand their user base.
Online product customization increases sales by almost thirty percent, and we have good experience in this field.
