Katalyst Software Services Limited Announces Employment Assistance to Refugees
In the days after Taliban forces took control of Afghanistan’s capital of Kabul, thousands have attempted to flee the country. The Biden administration plans to resettle thousands of Afghan refugees but face many legal and operational issues. Despite the U.S. resettlement program being the largest in the world, offering refuge to over 3 million refugees since 1970, officials have noted a massive strain on resources in the nine immigration programs due to the sharp increase in Afghan evacuees.
Like many around the country, we at Katalyst Software Services Limited are heartbroken to witness such events of injustice and brutality. As a company founded by first-generation immigrants, we understand the challenges and hurdles a new immigrant faces in the United States. We have a robust infrastructure to help all of our associates navigate through the bureaucratic maze that many struggle with. With our commitment to celebrating diversity and inclusion, we continue to add new associates from around the world, and will be able to provide opportunities in any of our locations. Additionally, we also are willing to train individuals with strong data and analytical skills in new and emerging technologies.

Over the years, Katalyst has embraced the varied backgrounds and cultural heritage of its employees. And this is an opportunity we will seize in hopes of alleviating some of the horrific experiences the people of Afghanistan have gone through.
